Etiquette

​In your initial communication, please be polite and say hello to me (manners are such an oddly arousing thing), any text speak messages ('u free' 'u available in an hour' 'can i buk u plz u luk well fit' etc) will just be ignored. Long winded messages/emails that sound more like your trying to engage me in sex chat/an elaborate fantasy than book me for a meet will likely be ignored also.

My rates are as above, please note I do not do shorter bookings than 30 Minutes, so '15 min quickies' are out of the question!



I do not wish to see young jack the lad types, as a rule I generally prefer men 35+, but whether I meet anyone or not all depends on their initial communication with me, so be nice and friendly! I'm happy to see anyone who is lovely to me and the nicer you are, the more pleasurable a time will be had by both of us :). You can expect me to treat you in a friendly, polite and kind manner at all times. 



You should visit me alone. I see lone men only and it is not permitted to bring guests with you, to wait for you or otherwise, if you arrive at my premises with anyone else the booking will not go ahead. I do not meet couples of any kind, neither am I interested in working with 'male escorts', entertaining stag parties or anything similar. 



My full fee should be paid on arrival at my house, and I'd prefer not to have to ask you for it. I accept cash only and will check the amount infront of you- please dont take offence, as you could have overpaid me! 



I have bathroom facilities at mine and will always be freshly showered and clean when I meet you, and I kindly ask the same of you. Fresh breath is a must or kissing is a no no! To make sure I provide the services you want, please check my Services page.



If for any reason you cannot honour your appointment with me, please let me know in good time, ideally atleast 2 hours before the scheduled meet.

Please try your best to be on time, if you are early you will likely have to wait until its time for your appointment. If you are going to be late please let me know. A quick text will do, if you don't and after 15 minutes I've heard nothing from you, I will count it as a no show and you will be added to my timewaster list. If you are too late and shortly after I have another booking, I will have to cancel as I will no longer have time to see you, this is a waste of not only my time, but yours.

I don't book appointments close together, however anything over 15 minutes late may run into another appointment, in any case where it does I will have to cancel for the sake of my next client.  However this isn't often a problem as I tend to leave atleast an hour between clients. 



During the booking I respectfully request that you do not ask for services I don't provide (such as anal, facials, unprotected intercourse). If you ask me more than once you will have declared yourself a boundary pusher, will have to leave and will not be entitled to a refund for time left over. Trying to pressurize me into providing services is disrespectful and will not be tolerated. This includes offering extra money.



I have 24 hour security with me at all times, however no one will be on the premises with us so we can enjoy our time in private. They are, however, only a minute away. If at any point your behaviour turns aggressive, violent, threatening or rude I will terminate the appointment and you will have forfeited your right to anymore time with me or a refund.
